Recognised as one of the most prestigious events in the Scottish property calendar, the Herald Property Awards celebrate excellence, sustainability and innovation across private and affordable housing.
Working alongside CCG (Scotland), its clients and design partners, Arc-Tech has delivered specialist mechanical and electrical services across a number of this year’s shortlisted developments, supporting the delivery of high-quality, energy-efficient homes throughout Scotland.
The nominations include:
Affordable Housing Development of the Year
CCG Homes
MU is also supporting CCG (Scotland) in the delivery of French Street, a mixed-tenure masterplan comprising 173 homes, including 54 for private sale. The private housing development – known as Dalmarnock Quarter- is being led by CCG Homes, and it has also been announced as a double nominee in both the Small Family Home of the Year and Show Home of the Year categories.
The six nominations reflect the strength of collaboration across the CCG Group and its partners, with Arc-Tech proud to play a key role in delivering developments that continue to set benchmarks for quality, sustainability and innovation.
Congratulations to CCG, our clients and the wider project teams on reaching this year’s finals. We wish everyone the very best of luck at the Herald Property Awards in September. More information on this year’s wins can be found HERE.
