Over 500 guests attended the awards, which recognised some of Scotland’s best developments from the private and affordable sectors.
Continuing its award-winning streak was Water Row, a development of 92 low-carbon mid-market rent apartments for Govan Housing Group. This year’s only double-award winner took home the Best Regeneration (Residential) and Sustainable Community Impact awards, bringing the total number of gongs won in 2025 to six!
A further two MU developments won their first awards of the year, in the form of Clydebank East and Brandon Street.
Delivered on behalf of West Dunbartonshire Council and North Lanarkshire Council, respectively, these pioneering projects were announced as Affordable Housing Development of the Year and Conversion of the Year, with the latter granted to Brandon Street for the stunning conversion of a former B-listed YMCA building.
Innovation in Sustainable Construction Design was the final prize won on the night, which was granted to igloo Regeneration and Carbon Futures for Maltings Wynd, the second of two phases of residential development supported by MU and delivered by CCG (Scotland) in Dundashill.
MU warmly congratulate all of our clients and consultancy partners who were recognised on the evening. For the full list of this year’s winners, CLICK HERE.
