From those focusing on property, to excellence in architecture, design and planning, our team has played a vital role alongside CCG (Scotland) in delivering some of Scotland’s best developments, and we kick things off with St Andrews Drive Phase 2 & 3.
Located in Pollokshields, the 120-home project, delivered on behalf of Southside Housing Association, has been recognised by the RIAS (Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland) as one of only ten projects to win Scotland’s top architectural prize.
This prestigious accolade was swiftly followed by the Scottish Home Award for Social Housing Development of the Year (Over 100 Units). The development was one of two MU projects to secure a win at the awards ceremony in June, alongside Whiteford Avenue, a 27-home development in West Dunbartonshire for Caledonia Housing Association, which won Housing Regeneration Development of the Year.
West Shore, a pioneering private housing development that forms part of the Western Villages masterplan in Granton, north Edinburgh, was also Highly Commended on the evening.
A leading planning prize was also granted to the Dundashill Regeneration Masterplan. Arc-Tech MU has helped deliver the first two residential phases of the masterplan, which have secured a coveted RTPI Scotland Planning Excellence ‘Best Homes and Communities’ award.
The phases completed to date comprise Scotland’s largest Passivhaus-accredited development for West of Scotland HA, and one of Glasgow’s most successful private housing developments in recent years, Maltings Wynd, for igloo Regeneration.
Everyone at MU extends our congratulations to each and every company responsible in the delivery of these fantastic developments.
