Ten Arc-Tech MU Projects Reach Scottish Home Awards 2025 Finals

A remarkable ten projects supported by Arc-Tech MU have reached the final of this year’s Scottish Home Awards.
The Scottish Home Awards have entered their 18th year in 2025, and the ceremony is one of the largest independent gatherings for the housing industry in the country.
The full shortlist includes:
- Western Villages (The City of Edinburgh Council) – Social Housing Dev of the Year Over 100 Units; Housing Regeneration Project of the Year; Innovation in Design
- Granton Station View (The City of Edinburgh Council) – Social Housing Dev of the Year Under 100 Units; Housing Regeneration Project of the Year; Innovation in Design
- Clydebank East (West Dunbartonshire Council) – Social Housing Dev of the Year Under 100 Units
- Water Row (Govan HA) – Housing Regeneration Project of the Year
- The Scholars (CCG Homes) – Best Show Home
- Brandon Street (North Lanarkshire Council) – Social Housing Dev of the Year Under 100 Units
- Bearsden Road (Partick HA) – Social Housing Dev of the Year Under 100 Units
- Langlands Road (Trust HA) – Social Housing Dev of the Year Under 100 Units; Housing Regeneration Project of the Year
- Chestnut Street (Harbour Homes) – Social Housing Dev of the Year Over 100 Units; Housing Regeneration Project of the Year
- Maltings Wynd (igloo Regeneration) – Housing Regeneration of the Year; Housing Development of the Year (Large Private Sale)
Each shortlisted development has been supported by MU’s in-house utilities expertise, with the majority adopting dual-fuel service packages as a means of addressing current building standards and ‘net zero ready’ energy performance, including the largest ‘net zero ready’ development in Scotland – the 444-home Western Villages.
